NatureEasy.com is provided by NatureEasy General Merchandising (“NatureEasy”). NatureEasy is an organization in the Philippines whose main objective is to make earth-friendly (and of course people-friendly) products easily accessible to online shoppers.

NatureEasy.com is intended for individuals who are 18 years old and older. If you are younger than 18 years old and do not have parental supervision, exit NatureEasy.com immediately.

Product Information

We attempt to include accurate and relevant information on the website at all times, but cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear from time to time. NatureEasy makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations.

Payment Methods

The NatureEasy.com e-store uses bank deposits and GCash to securely process transactions. NatureEasy is not liable for actions of receiving bank nor of GXI (the company behind GCash).

Shipping

Items purchased on NatureEasy.com will be processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Allow 2-3 business days for delivery (more during the holidays and peak seasons). Orders that weigh  more than 5 kilograms and deliveries outside Metro Manila will normally take 4-5 business days for delivery.

We will deliver the goods following the delivery method stated on the site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are an estimate only.  We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery / loss / damage of the item/s caused by any third party.

Medical Information

Any health information provided on this site is not intended for diagnostic purposes. We will not accept responsibility for any injury or illness caused by failing to take proper medical advice or follow instructions properly. Please refer to the product ingredient listing and read all directions carefully ensuring that it is suitable for your own needs and this includes avoiding products that include ingredients you are intolerant, sensitive or may react to. We do recommend patch testing a product first on your wrist or inside your elbow. Any attempt to treat a medical condition should always come under the supervision of a qualified medical professional.

Return Policy

You may return new, unused, or defective products purchased from NatureEasy.com within (3) days of the delivery date for a refund of the original purchase price if the items delivered are damaged or an error was made in the items shipped. The refund may also be converted to credits for NatureEasy.com. The delivery date and return shipment date will be determined using the package tracking of the chosen courier service provider. The return product must be shipped in its original packaging. Contact NatureEasy by sending an email to support@natureeasy.com. Indicate the name of the item, the order identification number, and the reason for the return.
