What payment options are available?

You can pay by depositing the payment at your nearest BPI branch or via GCash. The details of both are made available once you proceed to checkout.

How do I register to GCash?

Registration is a key process that activates the GCASH wallet in your Globe or TM cellphone. It is a one-time process, where you can choose to register through text or through the GCASH menu found in your SIM.

Register your cellphone to GCASH by sending the following text message to 2882:
REG<space>4-digit PIN/mother’s maiden name/first name/last name/address

Remember! Make sure that your First Name and Last Name match the information that appears in any valid ID of yours. This is important for future GCASH transactions.

How do I send GCash to NatureEasy?

Once you have registered to GCash and have loaded up your GCash account, just type the following:
AMOUNT<space>4-digit PIN and send to 28829275077355.

You can also go to the Globe Services menu in your SIM card, click on Postpaid or Prepaid Services>GCASH>Send GCASH and send GCash to 0927-507-7355.

To load money into your GCash account, you may view the instructions on GCash's website.

When will I receive my items?

Our cut-off time for orders is 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays, normal business days. This applies to orders that have gone through checkout and have been already been paid for. We don't process orders on weekends or holidays.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. Orders made on weekends or holidays are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.

How much will shipping cost?

To determine shipping costs before completing your purchase, add items to your cart. When you're ready, view your cart. The site will ask for the province where the item will be shipped to and compute the total shipping cost.

Do I need to register / login to buy items?

You can still buy items even if you are not logged in. Shopping is easier though if your are registered and logged in. For example, if you are a registered return user, you don't have to fill-up the shipping form anymore. The system remembers your last entry and will ask you if you would want to reuse the previous information.

Also, if you are not yet registered, the system creates account for you at checkout. You can use your new account to check the status of your purchase.

How long will my items stay in my shopping cart?

Items placed in your shopping cart will remain there for 24 hours if you are logged in or 8 hours if you are not logged in. However, because inventory is not "reserved" during that time, it is possible that items placed in the cart may not be available when you come back to check out. This doesn't happen often, but might occur on items that have high demand. If this occurs, please feel free to contact us and we'll provide information about the availability of the desired product.

PLEASE NOTE: If you clear your COOKIES from your browser, either manually or through software settings (anti-virus programs, anti-spyware programs, privacy programs, etc.), your cart information WILL BE LOST. The shopping cart is saved through a small file on your computer called a COOKIE. Most shopping cart programs use these small files to help you keep track of things like items in a shopping cart. You do not have to keep the cookie file on your computer, but if you delete this file, your shopping cart items will be lost. You must have cookies enabled to shop with us, but you can disable cookies afterward, if desired.
